Product Guarantee: All of our products are handmade by us in house, therefore there shouldn't be any quality issues up to the point of shipping. If you do find that your items are defective then you can return them for a refund (order cost only) as long as they are in an unused condition and complete with any packaging if applicable. This does not effect your Statutory Rights.

Delivery & Shipping: We usually ship within 5 working and often within 24Hrs. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, then we will contact you with an expected date for delivery, this can be up to 28 days. At this point you will be given the option to cancel or re-order with a replacement item. All shipping is included in the price of the item.

Changing / Ammending an Order: As long as your order hasn't been processed you can ammend your items by contacting us either by email or phone. Obviously the sooner that you can contact us then the greater the chance of changing your order.

Order Cancellation: Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000, consumers buying over the Internet, via mail order or by telephone have the right to change their mind and cancel the Sales Contract within 7 working days from delivery of their order. This legislation, also known as a cooling off period, gives the consumer the right to cancel the Sales Contract made at the time of purchase.

Privacy Policy: We do not disclose buyers information to third parties, except where nessercery in order to provide products and/or services. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket and other session-related information. No Paypal or bank details are kept after your order is processed.
